- Aluminum Main Structure: This product features a 10-year limited warranty on the aluminum main structure, covering structural integrity and manufacturing defects under normal use.
- General Components: All other components and purchased products include a 3-month limited warranty beginning from the date of delivery.
2. Scope of Protection
In the event of confirmed manufacturing defects within the applicable warranty period, the Buyer is entitled to request:
- A partial or full refund;
- A partial reshipment of specific components;
- A full replacement of the product.
3. Warranty Exclusions
Please note that this warranty policy does not apply to damages resulting from the following situations:
- Negligence & Misuse: Damage caused by negligence, abuse, or improper assembly.
- Wear & Tear: Normal wear and tear, or aesthetic issues arising from regular use, including but not limited to: burns, cuts, tears, abrasions, scratches, watermarks, or indentations.

Lives up to photos. Well designed. Mostly very accurate fabrication. Holes line up well if instructions are followed carefully. Happy with the product overall.
The design of this greenhouse is fantastic. I built a platform base for it, and I’ve been very happy seeing it in my garden and the light use we’ve already had this winter. The install was a much bigger pain than they let on: I love that the instructions include which box every item is in, but I hated spending hours stripping plastic film from every piece: two contractor bags worth! Overall, it’s a gorgeous piece. The inside is staying mostly dry through the freeze-thaw of our winters.
The shelf is perfect. I bought another one for the other side of the greenhouse.
